Workshop: Focus on the joints - Yin yoga for deep relaxation and flexibility.

Our joints carry us through life, but they often become stiff and inflexible due to stress, lack of exercise or incorrect strain. In this special Yin Yoga workshop, we will focus intensively on the health and mobility of your joints. Yin yoga is a gentle but deep practice that relieves the joints through long stretches, promotes flexibility and harmonizes the flow of energy in the body.

What you can expect:

  • Gentle stretches: We start with gentle, passive stretches that work deep into the connective tissue and joints to release tension.
  • Hold the positions for a long time: In Yin Yoga, the positions are held for 3-5 minutes or longer in order to penetrate deep into the joints and connective tissue and release blockages.
  • Targeted joint exercises: Special Yin Yoga poses that target the main joints of the body - hips, knees, shoulders and spine - to improve their flexibility.
