YogaLenka

      Atmen – Mobilisieren – Kräftigen – Loslassen

"Smile through your practice, smile through your life."

Welcome to YogaLenka in Berlin

I am Lenka Zupková, born in Prague and a certified yoga teacher according to RYS 300 Yoga Alliance.

Yoga has fascinated, inspired, accompanied and strengthened me for over 25 years. I would like to invite you to join me on this exciting yoga path.

This is important to me

At 55, my priorities have changed. Today, I want to grow older in a healthy, relaxed and powerful way - keeping my body flexible and cultivating inner peace.

I teach yoga that I adapt to the individual needs and abilities of my participants - from dynamic and powerful to gentle yoga with a focus on mobilization, regeneration and strengthening. I respect different abilities and support each person in finding their own yoga path. For me, yoga is not a competition, but a mindful dialog with your own body.

Face Yoga

For three years I have also been practicing and teaching Face Yoga - a holistic method that combines the face, body, mind and soul. It consists of facial exercises, gentle massages, lymphatic activation, acupressure and relaxation exercises. Face yoga is incredibly fun - and it makes me laugh every time.

For me, face yoga is not a miracle cure for aging, but a conscious way to face life with acceptance, love and humor. This practice reminds me that change is natural and that beauty comes from vitality, serenity and presence. For me, face yoga means ageing actively and with self-determination - with radiance from within and an open smile on my face.

Yoga and music complement each other

In addition to my dedication to yoga, my heart also vibrates and sounds for music. As a freelance violinist and artistic director of the interdisciplinary Ensembles Megaphone I love to immerse myself in the creative world of music and art.

Through both music and yoga, I learn to listen attentively, to connect with my center and to be present in the moment. For me, the two professions complement each other wonderfully; their combination makes me happy and gives me a sense of purpose.
