Mobilization: You will learn exercises to mobilize the entire spine, from the cervical to the thoracic to the lumbar spine.

Strengthening: Strengthening asanas for a stable and healthy posture that supports you in everyday life.

Relaxation: Finally, we guide you through a deep relaxation to regenerate the body and calm the mind.
