In my yoga class for the 60+ generation, the focus is on individual adaptation to your constitution, capabilities and any ailments. As we get older, our daily shapes vary more and so my aim is to gently mobilize your body and make it more flexible. Through these adapted exercises, we not only promote physical health, but also general well-being.

Tailor-made practice for every day, sitting postures on the chair

The yoga exercises are carefully adapted to the needs, and I pay particular attention to the form of the day and individual requirements. Instead of traditional seated postures on the floor, I offer gentle seated exercises on a chair or on a large ball to ensure comfort and participation for all.
