Gentle Vinyasa Yoga, also known as "meditation in motion", is an accessible variation of dynamic Vinyasa Yoga, which is based on the principles of Hatha Yoga. In my Vinyasa class, the focus is on the flowing sequence of physical exercises, the asanas. These are harmoniously linked together, with breathing serving as the connecting element. This dynamic approach promotes flexibility, strength and stamina.
Mindfulness and breathing exercises for inner serenity
The Vinyasa practice includes regular mindfulness and breathing exercises that not only promote physical well-being, but can also bring about a positive change in the structure of our brain. By integrating breath and movement, we become more relaxed and resilient in the long term.

Trial lesson in the group: possible once free of charge
- You can join the course at any time by prior arrangement. Cancellations of appointments up to 24 hours in advance are free of charge, after that I reserve the right to charge for the missed lesson.
- You decide on an appointment during the week and buy a 10-ticket for €18 gross per appointment.
- You pay for each course (20€) at the beginning of each course round after you have received an invoice from me.
