Please bring your favorite oil, Gua Sha and yoga mat and arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts.

Face yoga is holistic muscle work for the face

Face yoga is a holistic method that combines face, body, mind and soul. In my classes, we combine targeted facial exercises with gentle massages, lymphatic activation, acupressure and relaxation techniques. This practice strengthens the facial muscles, stimulates circulation, relieves tension and gives a natural glow from within.

Face yoga is not a miracle cure for ageing. Rather, it is a loving invitation to experience change consciously and with serenity. Regular practice helps you to be mindful of yourself and to understand the natural process of ageing as something precious and beautiful.

Face yoga is particularly suitable for women aged between 35 and 60 who are looking for a gentle and natural alternative to Botox or other beauty treatments - as well as for people aged 50+ who want to relax their face, neck and jaw and look „gently younger“ in a healthy, natural way.

For me, face yoga means aging with acceptance, humor and self-determination and discovering my own satisfaction again and again.

The most important and valuable thing, however, is that we develop a new relationship with ourselves, our face and our body.

Advantages of face yoga

  • Face yoga relaxes, stretches and strengthens the muscles in the face, neck and décolleté in a gentle and effective way. Our face has over 50 muscles that can be trained in the same way as other muscles.
  • Face yoga is suitable both for preventing expression lines and for relaxing the facial muscles. The exercises help to target the individual muscles more effectively.
  • Face yoga revitalizes the skin, stimulates the lymphatic system and improves circulation. This can lead to a visible anti-ageing effect - with just a few minutes of exercise a day.
  • We practise dynamically and statically, depending on which area of the face we want to relax or strengthen.
  • For visible success, it is important to incorporate face yoga regularly and consistently into your daily routine.
  • The roots of face yoga go back thousands of years. In traditional Chinese medicine, acupressure, gua sha and facial massages have long been used according to a holistic approach.

Facial massage with Gua Sha, facial roller and nourishing oil

To intensify the effect, we supplement the face yoga exercises with a gentle facial massage using a nourishing oil, a gua sha stone or a face roller. In this way, we reach the deep muscles, the skin is supplied with blood more intensively and the lymphatic system is stimulated.

Eye yoga

Eye yoga exercises are an important part of my class. These gentle and calming exercises tone and stimulate the eye muscles, helping to improve eyesight and promote healthier vision.

Success with regular face yoga practice

Immediate effects are visible after just 10 minutes:

- Warm tingling in the face: this is the increased blood circulation

- Lightened dark circles: Oxygen-rich blood is lighter than oxygen-poor blood

- Less swelling, especially around the eyes

After 1-4 weeks: The first visible changes:

  • Better blood circulation ensures a finer and more even skin texture and a natural glow.
  • The first wrinkles, especially those caused by relaxation, become softer.
  • Careful and conscious use of the facial muscles prevents the formation of wrinkles.
  • Learning relaxation techniques often also improves the quality of sleep. 

After 2-3 months: Structural changes:

  • Forehead and frown lines in particular are visibly reduced.
  • The facial contours and cheekbones become more defined and the chin line clearer.
  • The connective tissue gains firmness.
  • Drooping eyelids lift and the gaze becomes more alert.
