  • You decide on an appointment during the week and buy a 10-ticket for €18 gross per appointment. 
  • You pay for each course (20€) at the beginning of each course round after you have received an invoice from me.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and flowing form of yoga. It combines strength, flexibility and relaxation in a single practice.

The small group size allows me to respond to each person individually and adapt the asanas/exercises to their current abilities and physical needs. I offer variations with and without aids for each asana.

I like to design the classes around a specific theme (balance, shoulders, core ...), which we choose together with the participants.

 In Vinyasa, the movements are performed in sync with the breath. This leads to a meditative state of movement, often referred to as „flow”, which calms and focuses the mind. In contrast to fixed series (such as Ashtanga yoga), Vinyasa yoga is very creative. Each class can be different, which makes the practice varied and exciting. Vinyasa yoga is a vigorous style that stimulates the cardiovascular system, builds muscle and burns calories. Vinyasa yoga promotes both flexibility and strength.

Mindfulness and breathing exercises for inner serenity

I believe it is important to bring body, mind and soul into harmony. My Vinyasa practice therefore includes regular mindfulness and breathing exercises as well as meditation. These not only promote physical well-being, but also bring about positive changes in the structure of our brain. Regular practice of pranayama and the combination of breath and movement relax, strengthen the immune system and make us more relaxed and resilient.
