Face Yoga

Face Yoga ist kein Wundermittel gegen das Altern. Face Yoga bedeutet, dauerhafte Veränderungen liebevoll zu akzeptieren. Es ist ein Weg, um bewusst, liebevoll und selbstbestimmt zu altern.

Face yoga is muscle work for the face

  • Face yoga relaxes, stretches and strengthens the muscles in the face, neck and décolleté in a gentle and effective way. Our face has over 50 muscles that can be trained in the same way as other muscles.
  • Face yoga is suitable both for preventing expression lines and for relaxing the facial muscles. The exercises help to target the individual muscles more effectively.
  • Face Yoga vitalisiert die Haut, regt das Lymphsystem an und stärkt die Durchblutung. Das kann zu einem sichtbaren Anti-Aging-Effekt führen – und das mit nur wenigen Minuten Training täglich.
  • Wir üben dynamisch und statisch, je nachdem, welchen Gesichtsbereich wir entspannen oder stärken wollen.
  • Für einen sichtbaren Erfolg ist es wichtig, Face Yoga regelmäßig und konsequent in den Tagesablauf einzubauen.
  • The roots of face yoga go back thousands of years. In traditional Chinese medicine, acupressure, gua sha and facial massages have long been used according to a holistic approach.

Gesichtsmassage mit Gua Sha, Gesichtsroller und pflegenden Öl

Zur Intensivierung der Wirkung ergänzen wir die Face-Yoga-Übungen durch eine sanfte Gesichtsmassage mit einem pflegenden Öl, einem Gua-Sha-Stein oder einem Gesichtsroller. So erreichen wir die tiefe Muskulatur, die Haut wird intensiver durchblutet und das Lymphsystem angeregt.

Eye yoga

Eye yoga exercises are an important part of my class. These gentle and calming exercises tone and stimulate the eye muscles, helping to improve eyesight and promote healthier vision.

Success with regular face yoga practice

Immediate effects are visible after just 10 minutes:

- Warm tingling in the face: this is the increased blood circulation

- Lightened dark circles: Oxygen-rich blood is lighter than oxygen-poor blood

- Less swelling, especially around the eyes

After 1-4 weeks: The first visible changes:

  • Better blood circulation ensures a finer and more even skin texture and a natural glow.
  • The first wrinkles, especially those caused by relaxation, become softer.
  • Careful and conscious use of the facial muscles prevents the formation of wrinkles.
  • Learning relaxation techniques often also improves the quality of sleep. 

After 2-3 months: Structural changes:

  • Forehead and frown lines in particular are visibly reduced.
  • The facial contours and cheekbones become more defined and the chin line clearer.
  • The connective tissue gains firmness.
  • Drooping eyelids lift and the gaze becomes more alert. 

The most important thing, however, is that you develop a new relationship with your own face.
