The regular practice of yoga does not replace medical diagnosis and treatment, but supports it in a positive and highly effective way.<\/p>\n
The participant and\/or yoga student is aware that he\/she takes part in the courses at his\/her own risk. The provider\/yoga teacher accepts no liability of any kind, including for any resulting consequences.<\/p>\n
Yoga practice carries a risk of injury and discomfort (both physical and psychological), especially if the postures and sequences are performed incorrectly.<\/p>\n
Participation in yoga classes is at the participant's own risk. The prerequisite for participation is general health (physical, mental and healthy feeling). In case of illness, physical limitations, physical or psychological issues or similar, please discuss your participation with your doctor beforehand. The provider\/yoga teacher does not make any diagnoses.<\/p>\n
Liability on the part of the provider\/yoga teacher for personal injury, property damage and financial loss is excluded. The provider\/yoga teacher is liable for the proper functioning of the aids provided by her (mats, belts, blocks, blankets, etc.). However, the provider is not liable for damage to health suffered by course participants as a result of participating in the courses offered, nor for accidents caused by the participants themselves. The provider\/yoga teacher accepts no liability for any property or valuables brought along.<\/p>\n
